The Bills re-signed defensive tackle Deandre Coleman on Tuesday, releasing veteran Jerel Worthy in a corresponding move.
Coleman spent the training camp with the Bills, but they released him on September 5 to make way for defensive tackle Cedric Thornton's signature. Buffalo signed Coleman to his practice team on September 20 before releasing him a week later.
He will likely play at the start of the bout to help the Bills defense, allowing 492 yards rushing in the last two games to drop from third place in the league to 22nd.
Worthy, a 2012 second-round Packers pick, has played five games this season with five tackles.
