QB
Matthew Stafford - DET vs CLE - $ 6800
Cleveland will drop points, they are averaging 24 against a match. Lions will score these points. Cleveland defends well the race (4th), Detroit does not work well (30th YPC). These are facts. These facts are all turning to Stafford leading the team up and down the field and into the end zone. It is an elite option at QB this week. Marvin Jones, Golden Tate and Theo Riddick could all benefit.
Eli Manning - NYG @ SF - $ 5100
Cheap and an amazing match. The Niners lost points against opposing teams, ranking 24th against QB. The only reason they did not give more points to the QBs was because the teams ran them all over the place. The Giants are 20th in YPC, so there is a good chance that Eli will launch a lot. Shephard and Engram are potential candidates. Manning does not have many good options to throw, but his floor and ceiling are well worth the cost.
BR
The Sean McCoy - BUF vs NO - $ 8300
The Saints are 19th this year at yards per game. In recent weeks, they have awarded more than 20 points to the Packers and Bears' backcourt. A poor performance last week (2.5 points) reduced McCoy's cost. The Bills will try to get a lot of Shady, giving him a high floor and a ridiculous cap. It is an interesting RB1 this week.
Jordan Howard - CHI against GB - $ 6100
The Bears should have a good chance of winning this game against a team of Brett Hundley's Packers. If the Bears go up, Jordan Howard could finish as top scorer this week. The Packers are 29th against RBs this year. Online for 20-30 hits this week, Howard is another high-ceiling candidate. The only things that go against Howard, is that the other team can stack the box against the bad pass of the Bears, and that it does not have much taken.
WR
Gold Tate - DET vs CLE - $ 6800
For the same reasons as Stafford, Tate is online for a good week against the Browns. Being a receiver of a team that does not run the ball well should pay off as they try to move the ball safely over the pitch. I'm waiting at a line of about 8 outlets for 100 yards and a potential TD.
Sterling Shephard - NYG @ SF - $ 5500
Shephard is one of two NFL players who basically receive the caliber of the Giants, with Engram being the other. For the price, you basically buy 10 targets. What he does with 10 targets against Niners' poor defense is subject to debate. For the price range, it's in 10 targets provides a reasonable floor and ceiling.
TE
Delanie Walker - TEN vs. CIN - 5000 $
The Bengals' defense usually stops the opposing opposites, while abandoning short film catches in clusters to the RBs and TEs. Walker tends to see 5-7 targets per game, putting him online for a solid week against a defense that fights his position. There are not many good options in the Sunday 1 and 4 o'clock time slots that make Walker one of the best options available.
Cameron Brate - TB against NYJ - $ 4100
With Jameis Winston, Brate will receive passes from Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitz is definitely inconsistent, but without Mike Evans in the Brate lineup will be the second best reception option on the Bucs. Again, buy goals with his salary and see how they turn out. There are definitely worse options.
D / ST
Steelers - PIT @ IND - $ 3700
The O line of Indy has more questions than success at this mid-season. While Brissett was reasonable, he was constantly under pressure. The pressure turns into bags and turns. The Steelers are a good start this week.
