PeaZip is a free file and archive manager based on a solid, proven 7-Zip open source technology to manage common archive formats, as well as other open source tools. (FreeARC, PAQ, UPX ...) file formats and features, to provide a versatile zip utility with a powerful unified GUI that unlike most other conventional file archivers like WinZip and WinRar, is natively portable and multiplatform.
PeaZip is mainly written in Free Pascal, using Lazarus. It is a free software, published under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.
