GeForce GTX 1050 versus Radeon RX 560
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti vs Radeon RX 570
For those who have more than $ 100 to spend but who are not comfortable going beyond $ 200, there are four options with the GeForce GTX 1050, 1050 Ti and Radeon RX 560 and RX 570.
The RX 560 and GTX 1050 are designed to cost $ 100 and at this price you can go both ways. They are similar in terms of performance with a slight advantage for the GeForce. At present, they are both overvalued by about $ 50-60, which happens to be the slot where the GTX 1050 Ti would normally be. If that is all you can spend, I would opt for the cheapest card you can find on both sides.
The slightly faster GTX 1050 Ti sells for $ 200-230. Under normal circumstances, we will opt for the Radeon RX 570 in addition to the GeForce for $ 170 (MSRP), but unfortunately because of the low availability of the Radeon currently being sold for $ 300 and up.

Players looking to spend between $ 200 and $ 350 also have some options, but only three GPU choices. You can get the GeForce GTX 1060 with 3GB or 6GB of memory - technically we have two different GPUs here as the 3GB version is slightly reduced - and the AMD RX 580 that can be configured with 4GB or 8 GB of memory.
The 3GB GTX 1060 is a very interesting option for games in 1080p and currently at $ 240, it is pretty good if we consider the scenarios we see elsewhere. The 6GB model is slightly faster and sells for $ 330. At MSRP, the distance between the two cards should be about $ 50, while under current market conditions, this gap reaches $ 70, which we would prefer not to pay.
Then we have the Radeon RX 580 which should cost $ 200 for the 4GB version or $ 230 for the 8GB model. At these prices, we would choose the RX 580 8GB every day of the week, but unfortunately , the asking price for this card is worth $ 350, writing it completely. This could be shocking for some, but given the price (we hate paying too much) and the performance margins, we're going with the GTX 1060 3GB right now.

There is a third GPU on this price segment and that is the AMD Radeon RX Vega 56. Vega is not very efficient, not scoring favorably compared to what the GTX 1070 produces in terms of performance per watt.
However Vega 56 is faster for the most part and in some conditions much faster than the GTX 1070. The low-level API performance in modern titles is particularly encouraging. So if the energy consumption does not bother you and if the GTX 1070 and the Vega 56 are selling at their MSRP of $ 400, we will have the Radeon.
