Mobile video film broke down on the Ft on Monday night. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was stranded after hundreds of travelers.Safety struggled with troubled passengers as punching flew, leading to at least three arrests. Screaming came through the underground terminal, because officers struggled with the passengers to the ground. At the Spirit Airlines ticket counters, swarms of forced customers waited two to three hours in an attempt to learn why they stranded in Broward County, Florida. The cancellations were based on an ongoing labor dispute between Spirit Airlines and the Air Line Pilots Association, International. Pilots argue for better contracts, which they say are currently under industry standards. On Monday, Spirit Airlines filed a federal lawsuit against the ALPA in the US court of southern Florida. The pilots conduct a "pervasive illegal work delay" and cause "irreparable damage to [Spirit's] good will with her customers."Since early May around 300 flights have been canceled due to the malfunction, according to the lawsuit. It also claims that 81 flights on Sunday have been canceled.Twenty-two more were canceled on Tuesday morning."This delay is in violation of the [Railway Labor Act], which prohibits and delays delays in working time during the negotiations on collective bargaining, as expressly recognized by a series of judicial decisions, including this Circuit in Delta Air Lines v. Air Line Pilots Association, International, "the lawsuit states. On Tuesday afternoon, the court ruled in favor of Spirit Airlines, issued a temporary punishment order, requiring the trade unions to return to work."We apologize to our customers for the disruption and inconvenience they suffered. We think this is the result of intimidation tactics by a limited number of pilots that influence the behavior of the larger group. We are also shocked and sad by the events that took place Vond Yesterday at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and at other airports in our network, said Paul Berry, Spirit Airlines spokesman in a statement.Berry added that the company hoped that the judicial decision could put the airline and its customers "putting this moment behind us".A federal provisional order is scheduled for May 15th.APLA said in a statement that it is committed to helping passengers to get their benefits and fly again."The court has spoken and the Pilots of the Spirit will fully comply with the ordered order, which is fully in line with our predominant purpose: the resumption of normal operations," APLA said in a statement. "We call the company to work with ALPA and the Spirit pilots to do that."However, the night before the court order forced hundreds of passengers to discover new routes after leaving Florida without a flight.Brionka Halbert, 18, was planning to fly from Ft. Lauderdale airport to LaGuardia Airport in New York City on board Spirit Flight 710.She said before taking off, a flight crew told passengers that they would have 28 minutes to board the flight or it would be canceled."Everybody was stressed. They asked us to take out our boarding passes and be ready," said Halbert NBC News. "Then about 20 minutes they told us that the flight was canceled. They will send us to the reception so we can change our tickets or refund our tickets. 'She said the passengers went to the front desk, where about 15 police officers woke up."People were mad and stressed afterwards," said Halbert. "Stress was high due to the abrupt cancellation, after which we waited two to three hours at the reception so that our tickets could be refunded.

About two o'clock after her scheduled start, Halbert said she was in the terminal and testified of what she described as "excessive power" of the police officers.

"The police went in the wrong direction, even though they tried to do the right thing," she said.

Halbert was still in Florida from 4:30 am Tuesday morning.

No additional arrests were reported on Tuesday morning. The two men and a woman arrested on Monday night were all rioting or encouraging a riot, disorderly behavior, opposing arrest and violation after warning, a spokesman for Broward Sheriff Office told NBC News.

Dozens of other passengers had to sleep on the cold floor of terminal four on Monday night because they returned home Tuesday, according to NBC Miami.

Due to labor disputes, Spirit is currently the airline with the most cancellations worldwide
