I would have liked him to do it, but the NFL is a big corporation and companies do not usually lose in court. I think it's easier for all of these teams to ignore Kaepernick until he gets away with it.
The saddest part of all this is that teams like Texans would have a better chance of winning matches if they took a chance on Kaepernick. Unfortunately, no team has and probably no team will ever do it.
