Judge William Campbell dismissed the case Wednesday, ruling that Amazon was simply a platform used to sell the product, and not legally responsible for the fire. "We are disappointed with the decision and are weighing our options with our clients and should make a decision within the next week or two weeks," said Steven Anderson, Fox's CNBC attorney. .
